Mayor Barry Proclaims Monday, June 5 to be Preds Pride Day

 

Mayor Megan Barry has proclaimed Monday, June 5 to be Preds Pride Day in Nashville in celebration of Game 4 of the Nashville Predators Stanley Cup Finals matchup against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

“We want to see Nashvillians of all ages wearing gold to celebrate this momentous time in our city’s history as the Predators skate towards the Stanley Cup,” said Mayor Megan Barry. “Let’s show Pittsburgh and the rest of the world that we are all Smashvillians on Preds Pride Day.”

Mayor Barry will be hosting a special event to celebrate Preds Pride Day at 10:30AM on June 5 with hockey superstar and Nashville Predators’ center Ryan Johansen where they will unveil the latest in the city’s efforts to go all in for the Preds.
