Join 104-5 The Zone at the Music City Polar Plunge on Saturday, February 22^nd!

Music City Polar Plunge is an annual fundraising event where participants take a chilly dip to support Special Olympics Tennessee.

Individuals and teams raise money leading up to the event, then brave the cold waters in a fun and spirited plunge. All proceeds directly benefit Special Olympics Tennessee, helping provide year-round sports training, competitions, and inclusive programming for over 18,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities in Tennessee.

Whether you jump in or cheer from the sidelines, the Polar Plunge is a thrilling way to make a difference and support a more inclusive community!
