Cryer scored 20 points to lead a balanced attack as No. 4 Houston topped visiting Cincinnati, 73-64, to capture its second straight Big 12 outright regular-season title.Terrance Arceneaux contributed 10 points off the bench for the Cougars (25-4, 17-1) who beat the Bearcats for the 12th straight time and captured their 21st win in their last 22 games.Houston is the first team to win two titles in its first two years in a major conference since Idaho did it in 1921-23 in the Pacific Coast Conference, now the Pac 12.The Cougars’ offense functioned smoothly, committing just nine turnovers and hitting 53.6 percent of its shots.
